Data Deletion Request

Request deletion of data associated with your RingRing account.

If you no longer want RingRing to keep the data associated with your account, submit the email address used for your RingRing account below.

1Enter the email address linked to your RingRing account.

2Submit the request. It will be securely recorded for review.

3Our team may contact you at that email address to verify ownership before processing the request.

What happens after you submit?

Your request is saved with a pending status. After account ownership is verified, the RingRing team can process deletion of the account data associated with the submitted email.

Data that may need to be retained

Some limited records may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or financial-record obligations. Data that is not required to be retained will be deleted in accordance with the request.
