This starter privacy policy covers the pre-launch RingRing website. It should be reviewed for the final app, analytics providers, email provider, hosting setup and launch jurisdictions before public release.
1. Information we collect
When you join Early Access, we collect the email address you submit. When you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, subject and message. When you submit a data deletion request, we collect the RingRing account email address you provide so the request can be reviewed and processed.
2. How we use information
We use submitted information to provide launch updates, respond to enquiries, support RingRing and improve our communications.
3. Storage and security
The Firebase-hosted version stores website form submissions in Cloud Firestore. Browser access is restricted by Firestore Security Rules so public visitors can submit data but cannot read the Early Access list, contact messages, or data deletion requests.
4. Email delivery
If email notifications or campaigns are enabled, information may be processed by the configured email delivery provider. SMTP credentials and other server secrets should never be stored in this static website.
5. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by service providers that support hosting, database storage, email delivery, analytics or app operations when those services are enabled.
6. Your choices
You can ask to correct or delete information you submitted, and you can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time. To request deletion of data associated with a RingRing account, use our Data Deletion Request page.
